What is your return policy?

For individual customers:  For business customers & large orders:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We formulate our products to the highest quality standards, even going above and beyond FDA requirements. Due to necessary health and safety precautions, all PPE products—including hand sanitizer—are not returnable. However, if a product is damaged in transit, an incorrect item was shipped or you’re not satisfied with your initial bottle, please email customer service at support@evolvedbynature.com or call 781-874-0903 and we’ll happily work with you to make it right.

We’re here to help businesses stand up, and we’re happy to offer business customers a free sample to ensure our products meet your needs. Contact us if you’d like a sample before ordering, and we’ll send it to you at no cost. Due to health and safety precautions, we’re unable to refund large orders once they’ve been delivered. Do you offer shipping?

Yes. We can ship in the contiguous U.S. via ground delivery. We use USPS or FedEx. Free shipping on orders $50 or more.

We may be able to offer limited delivery in the New England area for larger commercial orders. Please email support@evolvedbynature.com for more information.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Standard orders are processed to be shipped in 1-3 business days. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

How long is the delivery time?

All orders are shipped with USPS or Fedex standard ground shipping. This typically takes 3-10 business days to be delivered. Our hand sanitizer products are ineligible for air freight (due to flammable goods limitations by the IATA).

Can I track my package?

Yes. We will send you an email with tracking information, and you can subscribe to order updates.

What if I don’t receive my items?

If your package is lost and you have not received tracking updates for at least 20 days, please send us an email at support@evolvedbynature.com and we'll try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, unfortunately. Due to the flammability specifications of the product, couriers do not permit shipment to P.O. boxes for our products.

Can you ship outside the U.S.?

No. We only ship to the contiguous U.S. as our products are shipped via ground. Our hand sanitizer products are ineligible for air freight (due to flammable goods limitations by the IATA).

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

If a package is being processed or shipped, it is not likely we can modify the shipping address provided during checkout. Please email us at support@evolvedbynature.com, and we’ll help if we can. We ask that customers ensure their destination address is correct and secure to receive packages.
